The Pop Dungeon cannot accept returns on items which are not damaged. At this time, we cannot accept returns on items which are not in 100% mint condition.
Sales on Box Damaged items are sold as is and are not returnable. Boxes and/or paints may not be perfect.
Orders including REPLACEMENT items do not include the actual pop and are only the replacement boxes and plastic insert. Please read item description before purchasing!
Box & Paint Condition
Please be aware you may not receive the item with the "perfect" box and "perfect" paint job. We do not guarantee perfect box condition pops. While we cater to many collectors and do our best to hand pick the most presentable products. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. By placing an order on The Pop Dungeon, you understand and accept this policy.
Unfortunately, order cancellations will now incur a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. This includes replacement boxes & pre-orders. Placing an order "on accident" will fall under this category as well.
Damaged Item During Shipping
All Items are packaged well to protect your order. In the event your item is shipped and is damaged due to the postal carrier, we will not be able to do a refund for you.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order. Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
