Where is my order? I ordered it 800 years ago.

  • Just because you ordered it a while back doesn't mean it will ship immediately. Most times, your item is under a pre-order. Pre-orders are provided with estimated shipping dates. Please note, these are only estimates. A lot of Funko items are delayed. Please be patient, we're more anxious than you to receive them. Hasbro is usually on-time, however, I have experienced delays before. 

My item came in damaged, is this what I purchased?

  • Most times, if there's significant damage to the item, we will make a note in the item description. Please read these descriptions to make sure you know what you're buying. If there's no note about box damage, you can assume the item will be in the best condition possible by manufacturer.

My item shipped and I received the shipment confirmation, but it hasn't been delivered yet. What do I do?

  • Once the item has been shipped, your next point of contact would be USPS, or otherwise specified in the shipment confirmation email. Please reach out to the respective carrier and follow up. Tracking number should be ready to provide to the carrier. 

I can't find this specific Funko Replacement box on your website, do you make these boxes or are they original boxes?

  • All our replacement boxes are original. The boxes were purchased as a lot from an out-of-box collector who has no use for boxes. We do not produce/manufacture boxes. If you cannot find the box you're looking for, and you searched the website, 9 times out of 10, we will not have the replacement box available for purchase.

How do I return an item(s)?

  • Please contact us with your order#, you will be responsible for shipping fees and there will be a 20% restocking fee, details are outlined in our Store Policy.
